Program Description: The Herkimer County Prevention Council offers comprehensive substance abuse prevention services through the following: Information & referral, school and community prevention education, counseling and supportive services - i.e. Student assistance counseling, family education and brief intervention, Town of Webb project and Reality Check. HCPC staff are available to provide an overview of council services as well as presentations. Please contact our office.
Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday.
Eligibility Criteria: Herkimer County resident or student in Herkimer County.
Referral Procedures: Contact HCPC for referral procedures for various programs.
Client Fees: Many of the services are at no cost. Other services have minimal fees.
