Program Description: Masters level social workers provide individual, family, marital and/or group counseling to children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing the risk factors or parenting problems and physical and sexual abuse, (Family Management) domestic violence and parent-child sibling conflict (Family Conflict) and behavior problems in school and in the community and as well as sexually acting out (Early Initiation of the Problem Behavior & Early and Persistent Anti-Social Behavior).
Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri 8:30-5:00 PM; Tue & Thurs. 8:30-9:00.
Eligibility Criteria: Youth 6 to 18 years of age, young adults 19 to 21 and adults referred by Herkimer County Department of Social Services.
Referral Procedures: Clients must be referred by the Herkimer County Department of Social Services.
Client Fees: Based on sliding fee scale with a minimum fee of $5.00. Insurance is accepted (BC/BS, MVP, PHP, HMO's) and Medicare.
