Program Description: Intensive Crisis Intervention and Short Term Solution Focused Counseling is provided to youth and their families, who have been referred to the Herkimer County Probation Department - PINS Diversion Program.
Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri 8:30-5:00 PM; Tue & Thurs. 8:30-9:00.
Eligibility Criteria: Youth must have been referred to the Herkimer County Probation Department's PINS Diversion Program and be at risk for being petitioned to Family Court and/or placed out of their homes. Target population - 6-18 year old youth.
Referral Procedures: Referrals are made through Herkimer County designed assessment services meeting, PINS planning, meetings and the Herkimer County Probation Department.
Client Fees: None-Program funded by a combination of public funds and grant allocations.
