Title: Early Intervention Coordinator
Program Description: Child Find is a family
centered program for infants and young children
ages birth - three, who are "at risk"
of delays. "At-risk" includes children
who have one or more medical, social, or environments
risk factors (born NICU, low birth weight, mother
under 16 years) and those with clinical clues
of a potential problem identified through developmental
surveillance or parental concern.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Eligibility Criteria: Resident of NYS; under
3 yrs. of age.
Referral Procedures: Anyone can refer (with
parental permission) who has a concern regarding
an infants or toddlers development.
Client Fees: No cost to family.
Services to Non English Speaking Clients? Yes,
translator can be provided.
