Program Description: Communicable disease investigation
and submitting investigations to NYSDOH Epidemiology
Dept. via the Health Information Network internet
access. TB investigation, PPD skin testing,
and education of clients on TB and difference
between disease and possible latent infection.
Following up surveillance on patients being
treated actual TB disease and latent infection.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM; on
call 24 hrs.
Eligibility Criteria: Herkimer County resident.
Services to Non English Speaking Clients? Yes
What languages: Russian, Bosnian, French, and
Chinese.
