Title: Health Services Manager
Program Description: We are a refugee resettlement
agency with several dept. to serve all immediate
needs of refugees while preparing them for self-sufficiency.
Health Services takes care of interpreting and
health case management for Vietnamese, Burmese,
Japanese, Arabic, Russian, and Bosnian clients.
In addition we employ elderly services and child
services directors as well as a mental health
case manager and a dental services coordinator.
We have a twice-monthly immunization clinic
visit from Oneida Co. Health Dept. and a once
weekly medical clinic staffed by a PA from St.
Luke's primary care. These are on premises.
We also recently opened an on-site senior center.
Area Served: Herkimer and Oneida counties.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
Eligibility Criteria: Must be a refugee sponsored
by our agency with a two-year time limit (this
policy is currently being evaluated and may
be updated shortly).
