Program Description: Provides a homelike residence
for families of children who are hospitalized
with serious illness or injury.
Area Served: Families must reside at least 35
miles away.
Hours: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
Eligibility Criteria: Child must be between
birth and their 19th birthday and receiving
medical care in one of the local hospitals we
serve. A medical referral is required.
Referral Procedures: Get in touch with Pediatric
Social Worker at attending medical hospital.
Crouse Hospital, SUNY Upstate Hospital, and
St. Joseph's.
Client Fees: $10.00 a night.
